If you had to buff, rework, nerf, and remove 1 killer which would they be?
For me, I'd want to buff Hillbilly, rework the Twins, nerf the Artist, and remove Skull Merchant.

I would buff Trapper, rework Myers (not a Freddy level, more Doctor/Bubba), nerf Blight (add-ons), and outright remove Skull Merchant.

Why nerf the Artist?
Anyway my answer is: buff Trapper, rework Skull Merchant, nerf Blight, remove Knight.

I'm biased towards Blight and because of that I didn't really see anyone else on the list who deserved to get nerfed, so I just picked a Killer I didn't really like.

I'd Buff Trickster, Rework Legion, Nerf Blight (his add-ons ofc) and Remove Wesker (not that I'd remove any killer from DBD, but Wesker is my least favourite killer right now).

Buff Pig (She's been overdue for buffs for a long while now), Rework Skull Merchant (her power is severely flawed), nerf Blight (mainly his addons his base power is fine), and remove Legion.

Buff Ghostface, how can the Killer who is famous for meticulously crafted chase scenes have no chase power?
Rework Legion, because if a Killer is mid tier at best yet still one of the most hated by Survivor mains, there is something wrong with their design
Nerf Ghostface, because if he receives a buff to his chasing power something else has to give
Remove Meg, because she gets me killed more often than every other Killer combined

I don't really like the idea of removing content but it's part of the post and Skull Merchant might be beyond saving.

Buff: Trapper. His whole kit is about waiting for survivors to do mistakes and he takes waaaaaaaay too long to setup. He should just start with all traps in his bag, as going out of the action's way to fetch traps can't be part of his gameplay in 2023.
Rework: Myers. Sure, permadeath Tier 3 Myers is strong and all, but you shouldn't need add-ons to be strong as him. He should have Tombstone Piece removed and make Tier 3 Evil Within more explosive. Don't just boost his vault speed, give a speed boost to all his actions. Make him faster. Discourage slugging during Tier 3 by making his timer tick slower when he carries a survivor.
Also Tier 1 Myers should not have lesser lunge. And dare I say... make him move at 110% speed.
Nerf: Blight. This is an easy pick, but dear lord his addons need cleaning up. A killer this powerful does not need Alchemist's Ring or Compound 33 to thrive. Make Alchemist's Ring regenerate tokens only when you put a survivor in the Dying state with a lethal rush. Compound 33 should only inflict Hindered to survivors when you destroy a pallette/door with it.
Remove: Skull Merchant. Her power just puts into light the failings of DBD's core design. Defending a 3-gen setup is boring for survivors? Let's make a power that makes it super easy to do it! I'm just not seeing any kind of rework that would stop players from using her to defend a 3-gen setup without her becoming super weak in the process. A surveillance killer could be good, but this is the wrong way to do it.

buff sadako, rework myers, nerf trapper (imo aside from problematic addons there are no killers that need to be nerfed in any way, shape or form, on any planet, in any galaxy, in any universe. so nerfing the weakest killer is the only reasonable option), remove twins

Buff: Pig.... it's been so long since her changes and it seems like she doesn't have any real power
Rework: Twins... the clunkiest Killer in the game needs some changes
Nerf: Blight... reading the forums and seeing the same things over and over again just do it already
Remove: Nurse... again reading the forums and seeing the same things over and over again

Buff: Trapper... he's the face of the game and that's all he is at this point
Rework: Nurse.... She's been a pain in the (Word I can't type right now) for too long

Remove: Twins... the clunkiest Killer in the game with nothing to show for it (No map which is a shame)
