Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.

Why no mention of genrush or killer updates?

You guys say there's no such thing as "GENRUSHING" or just apply pressure but you've litteraly nerfed every gen perk every patch? Then buffed survivors so far now most games you've got no options but to proxy camp or hard-core camp or tunnel. I'm not interested in the sigularity getting genrushed because of 7 years of awful mechanics. WHY HAVE A GASOLINE CAN BY A GEN ON STREAM AND NOT ADD THAT IN YOUR GAME?!

You forgot DH getting murdered. But hey now that DH is no longer a problem it's easy to forget, can't fault them really.

When they get rid of Favor The Killer, then the conversation about fairness and balance can really begin.

Not really :P. I mention perk so I met DH/Iron will and the many good perks we use to have that is just garbage now, but hey I knew after DH the next target was gonna be sprint bust/lithe complaints lol

Heavily disagree. You are now just limited to the amount of times you can use it. This does seem a bit much for an exhaustion perk, but then you have to remember it is still a free health state that wastes time (which is now more important than ever). Honestly I still see the perk used, and I even use it myself sometimes since killers aren't expecting it now. Dead Hard can still be a big problem for killers and I'm not sure where the idea that it isn't came from. Has been the reason I survived quite a few games

I have no seen that many complaints. I remember when DH was still around there were some people complaining about SB.

Maybe it'll get worse if the meta becomes SB, Vigil, Self-aware. Although I think before that is Adrenaline. I feel I've seen more complaints of that recently than anything else. Especially now that you can sort of co-ordinate it by having the ability to see gen progress.

Not every new feature coming this year was announced on stream. Everything announced is what has been worked on enough to where they feel confident giving a release window. It is very possible we might see a requirement like gas cans for generators coming in the future.

Now for the rest. I agree nerfing gen regression perks at the same time as the healing change was a bad idea. Survivors are only going to prioritize gens now and the biggest way to counter that got changed. But to say survivors haven't received nerfs is just false. Let's not forget the Circle of Healing, Dead Hard and Medkit changes that made some things a bit more bearable to deal with. Don't forget the increase in gen times by 10 seconds, the decrease in time to break pallets/gens, the faster gen regression when damaging them and other features that have been implemented over time. Things are changing for survivors too. It is just easier for survivors to adapt to those changes most times.

There are better exhaustion perks atm. The only reason to use DH would be if killers forget their training of waiting for DH. Even back when DH had infinite uses, once you used it once most killers knew how to bait it (in my games at least). It was also a great counter vs Nurse. Not to mention infinite use DH already had validation issues and you it didn't work on reaction (at least for me) but had to work on prediction. Factor in latency and it does not seem as reliable anymore. Those were known issues and as far as I am aware they have not being addressed.

Personally I haven't had any validation issues but I can understand why that turns people away from the perk. A lot of people playing killer lately have forgotten about Dead Hard. Even after it being used against them, I find I can pull it off a second time because people are just that used to seeing something different. I agree that other exhaustion perks are better in ways. Sprint Burst can get you out of a chase before it starts, Lithe can absolutely mind game a killer in the right spot and Smash Hit gets you away from that unsafe loop you might be stuck at. I just had to comment because I see a lot of people say Dead Hard is useless and that isn't true. It is not as strong now, but far from useless
