Random Perk Button?

Go into games with a Random Perk button that assigns you four perks (or less, if you haven't reached level 15) with a 50% BP bonus. This can encourage games to feel different and potentially find sleeper perks, potentially strong perks people may have looked over.
Survivors can know what their perks are in the lobby but would be unable to change them, so people could tell their teammates what they can do.

I agree it would be a nice "game mode" to have (to the detriment of solo q).
