I play DBD for several hours a day and at least once a day I have a lobby where my mates team up with the killer. And now before someone writes 'you probably didn't play right', I played normally and I have over 3k hours, I wasn't hiding in the corner.
Are there any other options besides reporting these people in game? An email or other website? I am grateful for every reasonable answer.

opposite roles teaming up is a bannable offence, report them using the support ticket + the evidence you've recorded

I think you play to much.
This is a game. Once a day some players playing funny or goofing around should not bother you that much in my opinion.
