Playing as survivor as new player is awful
I'm japanese so my English is terrible but I had to post this cuz I'm so upset.
I used to play this game on console before the knight came out.
I bought the game on pc last week and played killer and got to highest rank so I started playing survivor.
And I got afk killer 11 games in a row.
ELEVEN ****ing games in a row.
5x Docters,3x Cenobites,3x Wraiths.
Most of them had Merciless storm,Deadlock,No way out for whatever reason(trolling I guess?)
Others had perks that gives BP.
I understand that it will less of a problem once I hit high enough mmr,but this is just insane.
I don't know any game that has this many afk player and doesn't have any punishment for them.
I"m gonna keep playing it cuz I know how fun can this game be,but if this happened to actuall new player they gonna refund the game.
I hope devs do something to these players.
update:Got to next match,and its an afk killer.again.

The Asian servers have lots of afk players unfortunately. If you can VPN and not have too high of a ping it's worth trying to play on the European servers.

I didn't know about this. It is bad, indeed. I usually have an afk killer every once in a while (some of these times it's a lazy strategy to kill unaware survivors in the endgame with NOED) but it's not often. Hope you have better luck from here on.

unfortunally this afk-streak continued 17 games and I finally got a normal killer,enjoyed a match and I got afk killer again so I stopped playing.
Hope I get to actually play tomorrow....

I remember when I started playing in August - September I'd also get afk killer. I think one night I had like five in a row, or close to it.
For a while now I have not seen a single afk/bot killer so at least I can tell I've moved up MMR.

That's really shocking.
US West - when I first started playing about eight months ago, maybe saw an AFK killer 1 out of 10 games, but probably less than that. Now I see it maybe 1 out of 15 for killer is AFK right from the start.

Few years ago when I played with my friend who just got the game at the time I saw 1 in 10 games so it might be because of the bloodhunt event.

I haven't seen an AFK killer in weeks, if not months. I'm sorry to hear that this is a serious problem for you, and for Japanese servers in general if earlier posts in this thread are true. That's a strange problem to have, but a serious one. As suggested earlier, a VPN might help you play on servers that have actual players.
AFKing is a reportable offense as well. Hopefully when they update the report system to offer player feedback, it will feel more meaningful to report these problem players.

Wow, that's quite a feat. I wish I learnt Japanese as fast as you apparently learnt English, but it takes me quite a lot.
Anyway, back on topic, while it may be your only solution if it goes on like that, I'm not a fan of the VPN. This should be something adressed by BHVR (I'm pretty sure they'll find a solution, though) so people anywhere can enjoy the game.
