Making fine for camping

The killers have been campers for the last 7 games. This is repeated over and over again. In 1st year of game more killers stay near hook, afterwards 7 years they stay again and get a lot of points for it! what nonsense! where is the balance in the game ? where is justice? why don't they remove points for camping? all campers must receive a fine of 10 thousand points for camping! the whole point of the game is lost there is no competition!
