Hey, this is my first post, but I just wanted to know where I can watch the developer livestream tomorrow? I've been a big fan of DBD since it came out free on PS+ and have put a lot of time and energy into it since then, both as a killer and survivor, but I'm not really someone who participates much in communities. So despite my interest in the new chapter, I honestly don't know where to go to see the livestream. Help?

You can watch the livestream on either YouTube or Twitch.

I am pretty sure they are gonna stream on twitch.
It is on Monday 2 PM EST as far as I know. If you don't use EST then you can convert it to your timezone with google.
