When are anniversary cakes coming out?

I am up to level 35 for the new survivor and haven't seen a cake yet. Should I wait to spend the rest of my blood points?

That sucks. It would make sense to have it on release date when you're pouring BP into new characters.
Not my game I guess. Definitely disappointing though.

I can only assume, but the Devs tend to not start events at the same date as launches. Probably to avoid having to fix too much when things break.

Makes sense. Would be cool is there was no blood points cap though
