Does For the People works with Made for This when bringing someone from dying to injured?

The perk Made for This, allows the user to "gain the Endurance effect for 10 seconds after completing a Healing action on another Survivor".

From reading the perk, you would assume it to be fully compatible with For The People, which heals a survivor instantly. However, the 7.0.0 patch notes say this interaction has been disabled when healing a survivor to healthy:

"Using For the People to heal a survivor to healthy no longer triggers the Endurance effect from Made for This"

It's strange that the patch notes use the words "heal a survivor to healthy". Does this mean For the People triggers the Endurance from Made for This when healing from the dying state to the injured state, but that For the People doesn't trigger endurance when healing from injured to healthy? Or is For the People just not compatible with Made for This?

On the PTB, this combo worked and granted Endurance only when healing someone from injured to healthy. It never worked when healing someone from dying to injured.

Now it does not work at all in either case.

A dev said that MFT and FTP don't work together to gain endurance. MFT requires you to be injured to gain the endurance, while FTP requires you to be healthy.
