Whiffing?

Is anyone else whiffing hits they KNOW they should have hit ?

I will be running directly behind them in a straight line, swing and a big miss. I know for a fact my ping is very low, and when I checked the screen for the survivors ping they were all below 50. Anyone else ? I am having it more often with Doctor .

    Two things

    I've def whiffed a lot more than I used to in this recent patch

    But I've also had (and been on the receiving end of) really bizarre looking hits. Like this one time as Myers, I tapped m1 to swing at a survivor and on my screen, the knife didn't actually hit them but for some reason the game gave me the hit.


    Could it be placebo or is something genuinely off with this stuff right now?

    Most of the time the magic lies in the ping. From one POV you get a solid hit, from the other is looks like they are clear and already around the corner, when "suddenly out of nowhere" they are lieing on the floor.

    I've had a lot of wacky misses with Legion recently. I wonder if auto aim got turned back on or something? Because the bit where the game makes me stab a wall corner instead of the survivor hasn't happened to me for a long time until yesterday

    I think the servers are weird this patch because I’ve gotten some weird hits at vaults

    or like you said point blank hits missing

    Everyone including me had under 50 ping .

    It's been far worse the last few days than it's ever been.

    I think they made him more slidey? I've been missing hits into walls because I fly past the corner I'm trying to swing around and hit the other side of the doorframe flat.
