Servers crashing

So on steam either steam or DBD servers keep disconnecting every tons of posts going up on steam about it but your game is also hitting us with DC penalties which is not out fault that one of your sides are having server issues

    SO about 5 minutes into any match everyone keeps getting dcd from matche son steam and hit with penalties. ya'll need to fix this.

    This is a possibility. One I've been wondering about as well. But our internet failing is also a possibility. Please run tests and be sure. Weather, surges, damages, can happen. There are good internet speed test websites. Use a few.

    WEll since i also have wirless and ethernet and a t1 dedicated line i know thats not the issue on my ene.d And i finally got a message that their dedicated server is offline which means the issue is on BHVR end. I just ended a match that the FPS was so bad, i kept going backwards, until it finally just disconnected yet i got hit with a disconnect penalty. Fix the servers or remove the penalty until you fix the issue then they need to inform the player base appropriately.

    Yes!! The day the new update dropped has triggered massive disconnects with penalties. Every match I’ve played since the new update has warranted a player disconnecting, me disconnecting, or the entire team and killer disconnecting. Our entire team and killer just disconnected and I have ANOTHER penalty. Very discouraging. Get rid of the penalties while you iron out the kinks with this new update!

    Ya i finally switched over to killer to play doc, was chasing them backwards they were flashllighting blank air, i had two that i didnt even want to sacrifice, i just wanted two hooks each and the dialy done for shock and i was good but i had no choice but to sacrificice two of them felt kinda bad then the DC happening. I knew it was going to hit at some point but then i saw the DC penalty and im like oh heck to the no this is your server issue and you penalizing players. What went through my mind then i cant post on here lol
