He's boring and bad, so you won't see him much until his Tome.

Hes pretty weak due to how strong EMPs are and severely map dependent

I played about 10 games and spent the majority of that time as an M1 killer without a power due to EMPs. Gave up and switched back to killers who can't be soft locked out of their power. There's just no point. You stop, control a camera, tag someone, get EMP'd immediately.

I've been playing as Birkin after getting the free 1000 auric cells, i might check out Singularity once their tome comes out and the EMP nerf + randomly generated buffs.
It's quite saddening how even the perks aren't enough to justify 9000 shards.

He's pretty rubbish and that's the reason. No way a killer's power should be so easily nullified. Until they do something with the EMP he could go down as the least played new killer ever.

Another killer dependent on the map and severely hampered by EMP's. That is why you don't see him.
