No cake for Wesker as he's disabled during this anniversary still!
its kinda sad, intend to prestige him to as close to 100 during this anniversary. And it is his first year usable in anniversary too. So no cake for him when you cant spend bloodpoint.

I'm not sure why you can't progress through a character's bloodwebs even if you can't play as them.
There's probably a reason but it seems like you should be able to.

I think that's one of the reasons why the event was postponed by a day. they want to make sure to fix bugs before the event starts, like fixing wesker, eyrie being buggy again, buffing singularity etc.

I'm sure he will be reenabled quickly into the event, or that they will either extend the event until he's fixed or give compensation in cakes (how hard can it be to spawn 100 cakes in the inventory of all Weskers ?).
Same with Legion if they decide to killswitch them for that visual bug they have going around (which I dread, but would be fair).
