Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

What was your most recent loadout and why?

Sell it to me, I want more build ideas. EDIT: Can be on killer too.

Here's mine:

Reasoning:

None of my friends can loop so they made me the designated looper of our SWF, plus this build gives me a lot of versatility at all points of the game.

After MFT gets nerfed I'll most likely go back to bringing an altruistic perk such as PTS/Desperate Measures/Kindred etc etc.

I've used this build so often that I almost never heal in my games aside from the end-game to get a save which is why I bring a medkit. The only time I change this build is if I'm playing on really high latency, then I'll swap to a pure gen-rushing loadout.

Sprint Burst (bait swings + get out of deadzones), Prove Thyself (usually someone will come along), Deja Vu (6% is always nice), and Windows of Opportunity (nice to have). You could replace Deja Vu with Resilience if you have a SWF that can 99% heal you in case the killer comes to the gen but Sloppy Butcher is rather common now anyways so it's a risk.

MFT hope troubleshooter windows of opportunity, medkit with a syringe + abdominal dressing

maybe not the most original build but its what I used in the last survivor match I played

Last killer match was blight with bbq infectious lethal agi and slam duration addons

Depending on my mood. my regular build when I'm chilling just having fun and not caring about winning

    windows

    kindred

    bond

    some sort of exhaustion perk

But if i really wanna win because I'm fed up with my solo q games for the day then I'll switch to a gen rush build.

    (BNP/toolbox)

    hyper focus

    this is not happening

    stake out

    built to last

My fav build rn is this:

    Adrenaline/Deliverance

    Off The Record

    Reassurance/Prove thyself

    Sprint Burst

Covers pretty much every base, strong anti tunnel with otr and SB along with team value. Adrenaline is just there for my happiness.

No where to hide- to deal with toxic baby rushers

    Over charge- my gen defense

Monitor - to give that old slinger feel and i hate shift W

    save or star struck

Hope, MfT, Wake Up, Sole Survivor

I trust my ability to play the game basically perkless (with a little boost from MfT), but not the ability of my solo teammates. If we make it to endgame, Wake Up and Hope lets me get gates ready to pop ASAP, while MfT gives a little extra looping power. If things go south and I'm the last one standing, Sole Survivor and Wake up makes me open gates at lightning speed, Hope lets me zoom when hatch is closed, and MfT for just a little more distance in case those few seconds are the difference between death and escape

Survivor: MFT, DH, WMI and WoO

Killers: Shadowborn, BBQ, Lethal and plaything.

Survivor build is good, killer build is to not think to hard at 2:00AM

Survivor: Yoichi with Flip flop, Tenacity, Off the record, empathy

Build for finishing the Flip Flop challenge. After being hooked and unhooked, I used OTR to tank a hit and go down bc of deep wound voluntarily. A random Ada tried to heal me up, but I refused (holding shift). She got downed as well bc she did not understand that I did not want her to. Was then picked up by the killer and could wiggle free. Ada meanwhile baby-raging and killing herself ont the hook, bc. apparently I was the one throwing the game. Ironic

Killer: Artist with Deathbound, Game Afoot, Spirit Fury and Pentimento

Build challenge from NightLight, so 4 random perks that no one used together and uploaded to NightLight before. I choose Artist bc I also had a daily for her. Match went well, got 4k. Did not use much of my perks though, Deathbound triggered once (as far as I recognized), Spirit Fury as well (did not really help me), Game Afoot activated more often of course just by chasing the obsession, for Penti there was only one cleansed totem, and that was at the end of the trail, so no eal value either.

Ace In The Hole + Appraisal, for fun lootboxes =)

We'll Make It, for quick heals to earn forgiveness for the chest build

Aftercare, because it's the most underrated survivor perk. It shows you : where gens are (seeing aura of your teammate working), where killer is (seeing your teammate being chased), where gates are (seeing your teammate open the gate), where anyone is that needs a heal. And they see you too ! So people can come to you for heals when they need it, or find you to work on gens. Best perk in the game =D

How about some little Open Handed to your aura build ^^?

Survivor: Made For This - Hope - Resilience - Deja Vu (+ toolbox)

Faster repairs, faster movement, especially when injured. Bit of info from Deja Vu. Even managed to pull off the endurance from MFT a couple of times. Breaking those 3 gens has been the most difficult thing so far, fighting against my own team mates who insist on repairing the gens furthest away from each other. Fairly successful, greater than 50% escape rate.

Killer: (Ghostface/Pig) Lethal Pursuer - Nowhere to Hide - BBQ & Chili - I'm All Ears (+ crouch speed/terror radius add ons)

Total aura build, can see survivors just about as much as is possible in this game. Which means I know where to pressure, and how to get there stealthily. Depending on which killer I'm playing, I'm either bypassing chases with Exposed, or inflicting slowdown with Reverse Bear Traps. Amazing success, even without slowdown perks, greater than 75% kill rate. (no camping or tunnelling)

I’ve been running the exact same build as you. Sooo much fun, especially if you can loop well.

So I have different builds for most of the Survivors... but I can't remember them all

    Killer is the same... but

    Pig:

    Oppression, Surveillance, Corrupt and Whispers

With Combat Straps and John's Medical File

Opression and Surveilance are really nice together. If only the cooldown of opression wasn't so infuriatingly long >.<

I forget my last survivor loadoit but for Killer, not my most recent loadout but the most recent that immediately came to mind is

    The Doctor:

Hexes Pentimento, Plaything, and Retribution with Hysteria.

Reasoning: Static Blast Hits Oblivious Survivors

  • Sharby

That sounds so evil I don't think I've ever played vs a Doctor with that build.

Enjoy a few clips of the kinds of nonsense that you can pull with this build.

Once I thought about it the very last build I played was the one in this video

SB, Blast Mine, Flashbang, Residual Manifest. Obviously it's the most fun build, although I am really bad at using Flashlights cause I am on controller and Flashbangs seem to need different timing than Flashlights (you need to know when killer is about to pick up and be able to make the distance for the timing). But hey it's fun, I just need to get better at it.

Wish I had one more perk slot for an aura reading perk to use Bond, with it since it pairs quite well.
