Anniversary
Wow, I thought we had a new killer and anniversary to celebrate. Nope. Thanks to Wesker being brought back all we get us the Wesker anniversary instead. I've seen the new killer once and Wesker non stop. Fun.

Its almost like he is a really fun killer to play that is actually decent. Would you rather see blight and nurse every game instead?
9 -
He's fun, not too difficult to play, fairly effective, etc. Tell BHVR to keep buffing/tuning other killers if you want more variety.

I like versing him but when you go up against him every game it gets annoying, him being disabled allowed me to verse different killers for once, I enjoyed for few days away from him, but now that he is back now I continue to verse him.
But still people can play who they want.

Doesnt matter how fun he is to play as. People seem to praise Billy as the most balanced and perfect killer prior to his rework when in reality he was seen very similarly to modern day Blight or even Wesker just because he was seen almost every other game
Going against a Wesker is fun, going against 4 of them in a row? (all 4 of my surv games today) It starts to get old

Better than Blight.

I mean then you (or rather BHVR) should give a reason for people to play other killers, for example convince someone to play a meme character like pig or freddy, there is absolutelly zero reason to play some of the characters in the roster atm.

There are plenty of strong killers. There are plenty of fun killers. For whatever reason Wesker appeals to the sweat lords.

I cant believe that I have to say this, but there are other fun and strong killers out there. But when you mix the former with a popular license... it explains it self

Happy International Wesker Day!

Every single person who keeps complaining about getting Wesker are either lying or the luckiest in the world cause all I ever get are Nurses, Blights, Spirits and Huntress’. I would kill to get some Wesker’s in my matches

fun to Play, really strong, popular Character who also has outside dbd alot fans, He wears Sunglasses
for sure alot Players plays him 🤷🏻♀️

Why would people want to play the new killer? The new killer is still miserable to play, when the survivors are using voice comms to coordinate altruistic EMPs on whoever the killer is chasing. It's like BHVR made EMP nerfs that affect solo q more than SWFs... instead of nerfing altruistic EMPs, which would target voice comm SWFs more than solo q.

There are strong killers there are fun killers, but there aren't many Strong AND Fun killers. It's about both of those traits being in just the right balance. Wesker is decently strong while also being very fun. He's got a low barrier of entry because his power isn't overly complicated nor is stopped dead in its tracks by it's counter mechanic. People greatly underestimate the feeling of just being able to use your power and see something cool happen. He has enough mobility that chases are interesting and enough perk synergy you can run a lot of different builds on him, but he isn't super reliant on a specific addon pair or set of maps.
He allows the average player to just play the game without onboarding a ton extra stress. A lot of the other fun to play killers have the issue of being fundamentally flawed or too weak to reliably keep up with the game unless you stack the deck in your favor. Alot of the strong killers are mechanically difficult to get into and actually aren't that fun. Sure you'll have a higher win percentage, but along the way you're more likely to burn out. Wesker hit the sweet spot though where you get to be as strong as you are fun.

Spirit and Oni are easy to play and quite strong.

I'm gonna be for real with you
Yes I'm tired of weskers and only wesker I rather have more killers to play against then just wesker
4 -
If you can i suggest trying the new killer yourself then you will probably see why nobody wants to play them. I just wanted to say that i don't blame for people jumping back to wesker last three killers haven't felt very satisfying

most popular killer just got un killswitched and people are already angry that people are having fun
1 -
People want to use a killer with a power that's good for chases? That clearly doesn't make any sense at all.
1 -
I agree with the licencing factor, also I think his music is also a big factor but I dont know what killer you would consider to be fun and strong, I mean blight does comply with that description, and maybe oni (altho a good team should let you get power twice per match) but hes fun to use,and I think singurarity is strong and fun too but I do not know of other killers tha qualify either because they are not fun or incredibly easy to clap.

Nearly every killer i've had is Wesker and Blight. It just doesn't stop. It's like they are the only killers in the game.

New killer is not that fun that is why so few play him/it. So you are not missing out just enjoy the game and be happy you get Wesker instead of Legion or Skullie.
2 -
There are PLENTY of strong killers that are fun to play, (which is subjective btw) Wesker just so happens to have 2 things that are more desirable and simple to use, being an ability that can be used in chase and mobility to get into chases faster.
Him being simple to use attracts him to newer players, and his techs add depth which makes him attractive to experienced players.
Also all killers are viable in 99% of matches that you play. Youre not going against a tourney squad every game

No one was playing Singularity even when Wesker was disabled.
4 -
The event so far for me is just ghostface every game
and my god it is boring because I find him extremely unfun to play against
1 -
Well if we have more strong, fun yet counterable Killers, we probably wouldn't have such issue.
