Ever since the anniversary, i've been getting giant lag spikes for one. but that's not what i'm here to talk about

killers! I've been playing survivor because my killer qs are like 10 minutes long. But, when playing survivor.. it seems EVERY killer is sweating, hard. i've faced maybe 14% killers who haven't hard tunnelled, and if they didn't they were running 4 gen regression perks as a spirit or a blight. But regardless, they're almost all running full gen regression anyway, and just sweating for a win instead of having fun in the anniversary. The 5 killer games i've had, there's been all gens done in maybe.. 5-6 minutes at absolute best. I try go for 8hooks and 0 kills, and i can't get close to it because people just seem to be sweating a stupid amount lately. Any thoughts?

I mean everyone playing more sweaty during events (or just when there's a bloodrush) isn't anything new. I personally dont mind it because it's to be expected. I played killer first to get all the masks so I'm not frustrated about not getting them as survivor, so now I'm just enjoying the BP bonus.

Also I think a lot of people are having lag spikes and buffering (? pretty sure that's the right word), my game dies a little everytime I use an invitation or someone else uses one close to me, it's annoying to say the least.

For me it's bit better playing survivor. Matches usually last decent amount of time and most killers don't tunnel and some even farm and let you escape. But there are few tunnelers but I don't blame then because swf:s are out of control.

When I play killer I get P400 squads who gen rush at the pace I never seen before. I think survivors should be hugely nerfed if they play swf for compesation also strongest killers should be nerfed hugely. SoloQ is fine but I rarely get to face them as game thinks im OP killer. But I usually play m1 killers and play on console so idk why. I have had to tunnel lot more too killer just sucks to play now.

I barely see any chill killer. Also got tunneled out early. And alot of hard 4ks.

My killer games are pretty fine as i can play chill there.

I really don´t get why some people can´t slow down a bit for these few days.

I too get sudden lag spikes for absolutely no reasons ever since the anniversary event started and it has become sooooooo annoying, hope the devs can do something about it.

Here's a hot take for ya, bud: stop sweating your nuts off on killer and you'll get more chill survivors to go against. You do NOT have to tunnel. If you tunnel / slug / camp, don't be surprised when gens go ding ding.

First day of the event was great. There wasn't too much sweating happening, but then the second day... killers really started to bring out the nasty builds and began to play dirty. Yesterday, I felt like I had to take a shower after the survivor matches... so many killers sweating and trying their hardest to earn a $5 Starbucks gift card. Had to call it early cause it just seemed like only Blights were on, along with the occasional Skull Merchant who camped their 3 gen right from the beginning.

Even if I play non sweaty survivors would still sweat like their actual life would debend on it. Survivors really only care about doing gens as fast as possible and hope to never see killers. 3 gens in first chase leaves no option than to tunnel if I want even one kill or some bp.

Played few games today without tunneling and survivors gen rushed even harder. I should be getting easier survivors as I have not gotten over 2K in a while. So far only one easy team and because they were too bad I let them escape.

Meanwhile on survivor I have escaped most my games as even my soloQ teammates has realised that doing gens wins games. I have only died when tunneled or faced toptier pc killers like blight or wesker.
