The challenge states to heal yourself while using the perk "circle of healing". this perk was adjusted in march of 2023 to no longer have the self healing effect, making the challenge impossible to complete.

lmao this reminds me of the damaged syringe buff, where they gave it the same effect as a higher rarity addon + extra and forgot to change it. I guess you just run CoH and self care?

I think you just need it equipped and can heal with a med kit or Self Care but I'd recommend using Botany Knowledge with Self Care.

You can still get it (unless its actually bugged), you just gotta have the perk equipped, and heal yourself with whatever the hell else, like a medkit or Self Heal.
