Some questions borught up in the spanish sub forums
Hi there. I just checked today the spanish subforums (I am a native spanish speaker but that subforums is kind of dead so I don't chech them often) and I read two threads in which the OP asked for help in something I don't know how to help them with, so I am bringing them here in hope someone can help. I'll be roughly translating the threads.
A) Help, please. I haven't been able to play DbD for two months now. I am playing on XBox One S, and whenever I start the game, the interface pops up and the game automatically closes. I checked XBox Support but htey said it's a problem with the game and they cannot help. DbD Support does nothing, it seems to be only a bot. Can anyone help?
B) Hi there, I am having an issue with the game. Whenever I join a match, it sets me up in an NA server despite playing in SA. Anyone knows why this happens or how to solve it? I can play with friends but with 200-300 MS.
And those are both threads. I'd recommend reinstalling, but I've also done a quick search on the second issue and it seems you can't change the region, so I don't know how to help them.

I think that they both should try contacting technical support, not through bot but through the special form.
