Does DBD have any licensed content that's owned by Microsoft?

Not talking about the fact you can play the game on Xbox.

I mean if any of the DLC content involves IP owned by Microsoft.

Ideally it would have been negotiated with Microsoft, rather than bought after the fact, but either would work I suppose.
