Its supposed to be hard. Like the game is supposed to be hard for survivors. It sucks, but other than doing your best and moving on, or burning offerings to avoid CWF, ot much to do.

It doesn't change anything. This game has never had a lack of survivors. Killers are the ones who leave the game because they get fed up with how unbalanced it is.

To be fair, it's the new format of the forums. It hides quotes to an extent so it doesn't flood the screen. Click the arrow. It shows.

I hate corn with burning passion but I would never want it to be removed or reworked to see in it easier. It's one of very few mechanics that supports juking and stealth even if quite cheap one.
What actually needs rework is farm jungle gyms. You can SEE through them which is total BS. If those get reworked I may even start to enjoy corn maps since looping plus super easy corn jukes is just too much imao.

The problem is The Game only have one realm and Coldwind have five realms, four of them with huge cornfield which are a nightmare for most of the killers. Coldwind farm spawn way more frequently than The Game.

And the killer is generally stronger than survivors...if we had 4 maps as hard as the game, survivor mains would riot.
I see your point, but cold wind isnt impossible to 4k on, it's just harder. You cant coast through it.

I still think with a few other titles getting developed, it might be a good idea to balance the game properly and not just listen to a lot of whining on the forums if someone doesnt get 4K every game.
Footnote : I played both sides fairly evenly, (well, not Legion) so I know what both sides deal with (Delete SWF would help a lot).
I think 90% of the NERF survivors would go if SWF wasnt a thing, add voice comms on proximity and it would be really interesting for Wraith, Myers and crouching piggy.

About Coldwind Farm, I think that the main problem is that the walls are see-through, there is no chance for mind games. I personally don't have a lot of problems with the corn

As a Michael Myers main for killer, corn vision does not go well with trying to tier up.

I picked the Nurse after a very long time of not playing her. Rancid Abattoir.
Played Huntress, Rancid Abattoir.
Played several other killers, no Coldwind Farm.
Played the Spirit, Rancid Abattoir again.
I think I may have to switch to survivor main, because every time I play a killer that needs a minimum of visibility, I get the endless fields of corn. When I play survivor, on the other hand, I rarely get the corn.

On console the corn and juking in it literally destroys the frame rate for most killers. I auto DC Rotten Fields and probably will start it on all corn maps.

I was looking at this thread, thinking: Ehh, it's not that common for me.
And then i proceed to get Fractured Cowshed, Rotten Fields & Fractured Cowshed.
...And i couldn't be happier about map RNG.

My problem with Coldwind Farm isn't the cornfields, it's the blasted loop structures. Whoever had the idea to make see though loops was out of their gourd. It's not fun for either side as their are no mind games to be had.

I'm fine with one map realm having no mindgames, when you can hide in the corn. Especially since it requires more thought and practice. You can still mindgame. You just cant auto mind game.

Removing infinites and give more visual obstructions overall would be nice. I'd rather the game shift to a greater stealth/juke design.
