Can i'm make manual ban request?

Found a player who on killer, was absolutely unacceptable troll. Specifically done "game hostage" through dying state. According to guidelines which reports is accepts.

I'm don't mind if killer "slug" the survivors whenever it is applicable, but not purposefully disrupting gameplay.

I'm have video evidence, may i'm request to ban this particular player bypassing regular procedure? I'm planning upload video on YouTube with restricted access.

Currently i'm rendering footage for less size. Also didn't found any direct answer could be this done at all.

    To report a player, please use the in-game system, record your match and open a ticket on the Support website, using the chat bot at the bottom of the page.
