Sadako's animations

Quick question... Wasn't sure I'd it was just me or not. Does anyone else turn Sadako around when filling up the Bloodweb? I'm tired of getting jumpscared by my own character. Even if I KNOW it's gonna happen, it still freaks me out.


Started playing her recently and turning her around has turned into the first thing I do when she crawls out of her well. I know she still faces you for THAT animation, but at least it gives me a heads up so I can look away for 3 seconds. So anyone else do this too, or just me?

    I turn her away too. I don't like jumpscares.

    Initially you could use the trick to prevent the jumpscare completely, but the devs patched this out, which is baffling... there are better ways to spend dev time than to patch this kind of useless bugs, especially when it was the only thing to prevent people from being uncomfortable.

    At least it works as a heads up. If you see her instantly face you, you know it's coming.

    I don't really pay mind to it most of the time, but when I do I just get annoyed by it. There should be an option to disable that jumpscare though.
