Pinhead's box
I wonder why Pinhead's box doesn't apply to Hodder and Franklin.

They recently changed killer specific items such as the box and emps so that franklin's wouldn't apply. Hoarder is news to us though so thx.

If that's no longer true we're going to cut into Pinhead's noob crushing abilities even more.

Forced survivor efficiency, the devs really don't want the killer to influence passive pressure without creating massive opportunities for survivors.

According to the wiki Hoarder now no longer procs on pickup of limited items, and since the Lament Configuration is a limited item it no longer works. Limited items are basically any item with the orange and black border.

No. The devs already said it's because Franklin's was introduced before special items were, and with more and more special items coming out (safe to assume future killers will have some function similar to Pinhead and his box) they want them to stand separate and not be influenced by perks or synergised with them. There's also the fact that they've spent the last 12 months overhauling perks to break metas, and every Pinhead carrying FD wouldn't pass by unscathed.
