Forced Hesitation Is Really Damn Good
I originally though that the 16-meter range would make this perk weak, but from my experience, it has actually been really good. And paired with STBFL you can easily snowball if Survivors decided to group up (which typically happens when there are less Generators remaining or all have been completed).
Ive also tried it out on a few Killers, and I think specifically Spirit and Slinger EXCEL at using this perk. Mainly since they can easily follow up their down with another hit, and with STBFL they can become a snowballing powerhouse.
Im really surprised I havent seen people use this perk more. And I think one of the strengths of this perk is specifically that no one runs it so you never expect it, which is why Im probably going to add this to my list of "favorite perks".

Ghostface; if you can catch survs grouped up and expose/hit one, it's a holy terror

I havent tried it with Ghostface yet.
I wonder what it would be like if you used it with "Ghost Face Caught On Tape" (Iridescent) and "Chewed Pen" (Rare).

finally people are starting to see that this perk is very good. It is so slept on it’s insane

The problem with this perk is that if it ever triggers on a survivor it means the survivors are playing badly. You should never be going down anywhere near your team mates. You should be running away from them so they can get gens done while you distract the killer. This perk is just going to let you steam roll the type of survivor teams you can consistently beat perkless if you wanted.
Hell if you're consistently getting infectious fright procs you're playing less than ideally. Talking a 16 meter range? That's just a skill issue on the survivors part

completely agree.

Well, that is the risk. If you're playing against good survs, you'll probably only get real value late in the game (when they might be teaming up to finish the last gen, or swarming for a hook save), but it can be a game changer in those scenarios.

The perk is quite new, so many people don't acknowledge its power.
I'm testing it and having a BLASTT. Happy they've made some useful perk for killers.

Yeah the problem with this perk is it is awful against efficient teams that split up, and it works on the survivors that you would've stomped anyways with or without the perk
Basically useless in most scenarios

I knew this perk was gonna be powerful before the chapter even released. I was very surprised because even most Singularity’s I’ve gone up against haven’t been using it. Maybe it’ll pick up soon.

I really wanna try it out on Twins...I've been playing them a lot recently and feel like it could find some value maybe.

I think it is fine except for one bad scenario. It shouldn't work on Survivors recently unhooked. It is so disgusting that you can down the unhooker in basement (or any other setup), force the formerly hooked Survivor to vault the window or pallet, and grab them to bypass BT because the slowdown forces Medium vaults at windows. It just encourages/buffs camping, and shouldn't work that way.

My main build around it has been:
Deathslinger (any addons will do, just run what you are use to)
STBFL, Forced Penance, Forced Hesitation, Grim Embrace.
This build has been doing wonders for me so far, Im not the best at Slinger, but Ive been having an absolute blast with this build.

Yeah, I tried it in a slugging build to help out Singularity.
It wasn't pretty but it got the job done.

One of my favorite perks in a while, works wonders on Billy

While I agree that going down near your team mates is a misplay... the best SWFs have a very common habit of readying for flashlight saves, sabo plays and general body blocking. So this actually shines against the best survivors more than anyone.
