Performance Has Gotten Worse And Worse. When Will The Game Be Optimized?

I use an RTX 3050 to play DBD, even with my configuration settings set to the lowest they can go, I still have performance issues where there are FPS drops.

I noticed that the FPS issues first started around February. The FPS issues were only made worse during the Anniversary, and even after the Anniversary with the event being completely gone I am still experiencing the same issues as before.

Note that I had already missed half of the Anniversary because the game was not physically playable because of FPS issues. Now the base game, without the event, still has the same issues as before.

Console isnt any better either, since they still deal with performance issues that hinder gameplay.

When is BHVR going to optimize their game? We shouldnt be having these types of performance issues in 2023.

I could go on forever about this. It's a chore trying to get these performance issues heard.

Can't even play against Twins without my FPS dropping to crap when Charlotte switches to Victor. And my PC is surely optimized so it isn't a "me problem". It's like certain killer actions just make my frames poop

Only thing I've been able to stabilize is my ping. Went from averaging 80-120 ping to a stable 60, but there's still times where I'll end up on the wrong server.

Overall, I'm happy we don't have to suffer from the god awful lag from the Anniversary anymore, but just disappointed at how unserious the devs are taking this.

That was pure comedy. Hopefully July 25th won't have any crazy surprises up its sleeve!

What cpu are you running with the 3050. You might have a bottle necking problem on your end how much ram are you using? Im running a 2060s with a i7 9700f and i have stable 120 fps on high settings. i see very little fps drop if at all most games. I would check your config to make sure your system isnt bottlenecked if you are having fps issues on such a non intensive game like DBD
