Why yes/not?


I play on Epic Games and I have it on so I don't have to suffer long queues, but Nic Cage is making this extremely difficult the past 2 two days.

    Steam (with controller) and yes crossplay is on because why would we turn it off?

    Steam. I always play with crossplay on so I get easier games because all console players are bad at the game.

    Just kidding. I get faster matches that way and don't really care about which platform others play on.

    Epic, and crossplay stays on.

    I really don't see any reason to turn it off and have yet to see someone do it for a reason other than weird platform elitism

    I've read from some console players they have turned off so they don't play against cheaters.

    PS5 (and sometimes Steam), and I see no reason to turn it off, unless you like long queues.

    PS4, I turned crossplay on because even though I surprisingly didn't have bad waits with crossplay off the pool of players became so small there were days I would have multiple matches against a killer player that'd target me every match and slug me until bleed out every time. He streamed and apparently one time I looped him too long or something that was just playing game normal (nothing that'd be considered toxic unless just playing game as survivor is toxic) and apparently it made him mad and hold a grudge. I turned crossplay on and I have yet to cross paths with that killer again. Aside from that one killer I preferred crossplay off, matches were alot more relaxed and everyone I played with/against was in the same boat with performance issues.

    PC but I have an Epic account I never use anymore now.

    I have crossplay on as I want fast matchmaking with whoever is on, don't care if our 'MMR' is close tbh

    If you have long queues, why not switch to the side that gives the 100% bonus? Its an incentive for a reason.

    I don't mind if once in a blue moon I encounter a cheater. Usually I look on the bright side of it and find it funny, especially that majority of the ones I've met have actually been funny.

    Plus I like having quick queues.

    Steam. Unfortunately I have cross play on. If cross off was normal queues with BP incentive I would never play cross on.
