Skull Merchant. She brings nothing of value to the game and her perks are nothing that would be missed anyway - recycle them for a future killer, if needbe.
The fact the 2 survivors offered so much more to the game than her is somewhat shocking for a chapter, since the killer is normally the true seller.

Okay, while I could do away with her, I happen to use some of her perks so speak for yourself, not everyone else.
As for my answer to the subject, The Doctor. I am autistic and while not much gives me sensory overload like many other autistics, The Doctor definitely does. Sorry not sorry, but I unalive myself on first hook when I am against The Doctor as I just can't handle going against him mentally.

Because i've always despised the curve Billy playstyle with a burning passion, even way back before overheat was a thing.
To me, Curve Billies back in the day is what Wesker is nowadays, overrated and downright annoying to play against.

To play as: Artist. Good at finding survivors, bad at everything else.
To play against: Skull Merchant (game breaking), Wesker (annoying and seen too frequently), or Legion (no killer should have an almost on-demand TR-wide Killer Instinct basekit).

Wesker. I'd say Skull Merchant, but I feel like she's getting nerfed eventually. I don't see Wesker changing at all, so it's an easy choice.

Knight easily
Added nothing of interest and his perks are pretty boring. Face the darkness makes pig boxes even more frustrating and the aura perk made the call of brine 3 gen even more obnoxious
Knight’s gameplay is a literal flowchart with no deviation. Either you get hit or you don’t simple as. He also relies on common add-ons to even use his power properly

Dredge / Clown. At least Skull Merchant doesn't make me ill playing against her, she's just boring, Dredge / Clown are accessibility issues and boring, and I don't particularly care for their perks either, so win/win.

Nurse. She is fundamentally unbalanced. Game would be better without her. Just add her perks to the general pool and delete the killer.

I'd say The Nightmare.
The character model is based off the wrong Freddy Kreuger, his gameplay is boring for both sides, and his perks are gimmicky and not worth running for the most part, even with the recent buff Remember Me recieved.

I have to agree with the Doctor sensory overload and I also unalive on 1st hook. I feel bad for my teammates but it’s just too much for me, and there is no mechanic to avoid certain killers. 😭

my real answer is none. every killer is someone's favorite and should not be removed ever.
it already happened with old freddy, and it sucks.
but, to actually participate, I would remove nurse.
reason, without nurse in the game, the game can be properly balanced easier since she is a massive outlier. if you nerf survivors or buff killers it's always a gamble if nurse will just become a nuke.
the closer all killers are to the same power level, the better
