Being the obsession!

In my opinion I think the you should have a higher chance of being the obsession depending on the level of the perk. For Example, I was playing with my friend and he had D-Strike Tier 1 and I had it Tier 3 and he was the obsession. It would make more sense to be the obsession if you had the perk a higher Tier.

    They should also make it if you have more obsession perks it should give you a higher chance of being the obsession
