Chemical Trap with other perks

I like the idea of chemical trap imagine combining it with a flashlight blind, flashbang, any means necessary

Wouldn't it be a waste with flashlight? You're wasting slowdown time on the blind which could be much better used to run away. Light-footed and blinds at pallets would be more effective.
Most semi competent killers listen for movement on a pallet blind which allows them to reduce the distance the survivor can run, LF removes that and gives you an escape if you break LoS. For a killer they won't be able to immediatly tell if you have LF or have just walked and hidden nearby (you can always double bluff it as well by hiding if you think the killer is smart enough to have realised you are running LF)
