    That is the shirt from the System Smasher outfit. Released in Tome 5: Unleashed, which also starred the Hillbilly. For some unexplained reason, this one has never been put into the store even though it's one with tome lore attached and Nea is a popular survivor. It's around 3 years old.

    Thanks for your anwsers guys ! 3 years... well i won't loose hope.

    I know for the recolor in the rift atm, it looks cool but i prefer the original ;)

    Hope it will be back someday !
