This is indeed silence as heck.
23 hours away from a new chapter goes live and literally not a single dev log after ptb started. It's kinda weird, I don't remember something like that in previous ptbs.

They did this with Nick Cage Patch also. They didnt release a dev log till the day before the patch came out. The reason why I think is there just isnt any major changes being made from PTB to Live. With the Nick Cage patch, barely anything was changed from PTB so we didnt get a dev log till the day before that only covered the one or two minor changes they did. I feel this chapter will be more or less the same. There just weren't enough major changes from the ptb to post one ahead of time.

post-ptb changes there were major though, they literally did almost a second rework to Sadako which turned her into a low mmr monster.

At the time a lot of people didn't see those changes as major things to Sakoro. No one knew those changes were going to make her like she is now. I don't know what to tell you, It's not like I'm saying that my guess is right or not. Its just a guess or theory I have one why we not getting a dev blog. It also could be that they just forgot to write one up or they just going to stop the post ptb dev blogs and just make us wait till the patch notes come out. Who honestly really knows right now?

Maybe they will delay the release and tell us these news tomorrow. Possible explanation why there isn't a Dev blog.
