I think I didn't saw Singularity in like 4+ weeks
I saw twins more than Singularity. And I play SoloQ almost daily, more matches per day. I bet in my last 100+ matches I saw 0 of them.

I give up with Singularity. He feels clunky and EMPs are countering his power so much.
He probably has lowest kill-rate atm.

Maybe it is for the best
I've been playing Rapid brutality singularity and it's glorious experience, though judging by survivors' reactions they don't share this attitude.

A good way to find out if a killer is at least decent is to play them Ten games in a row.
Myers has fun addons, pig has stealth and saw. Wesker has Music and his power. Etc.
Singularity has almost nothing outside of its looks and voice. It requires absurd effort and if you play even five games of it you will realize why no one want to play it.

I've spent quite a few hours on it and I lost probably 90% of these games (give or take).
But I have also seen other people perform really well with it. The main problem is that it's most effective play style is kind of counterintuitive. Doing everything while you are in chase will only slow you down. Instead you need to slipstream survivors constantly while they are not in chase. That requires a lot of tracking and game knowledge because you need to harass the survivors non stop so that they slow themselves with the EMPs and not you.
If you play correct, then Singularity becomes a pretty good killer. But the effort you need to put into it is so high, that you might as well play Nurse or Blight and get way better results overall.

he is NOT "new player" friendly whatsoever. unless you see someone do well on him like this person above and see his potential, you'll probably give up trying because he is hard to play, even harder than blight. you need to have map knowledge, good pod placement, good macro game sense and you need to anticipate survivors' pathing.

Feels way too clunky with a controller. The slightest leaf or other terrain blocker makes it just too frustrating to pod people consistently or easily. The poor responsiveness of trying to track survs adds to the frustration, and then there's the EMP thing to contend with. Much too much effort to at best get maybe ok results with.
