It is not possible to get out of the gate for the survivors

Good afternoon. I had a break from playing for a month. I played about 6 matches for a survivor in a single game and not once could we even start all the generators, let alone go out in the gate. Moreover, after 5 lost games in a row, I came across a 100 prestige disease at the Ormond resort, we died on 4 generators. After that, I finally lost the desire to play the game, I'll probably take another break until there are improvements in the gameplay for the survivors.
