Artist can still damage survivors. Takes longer than PH as it's 4 hits vs 2 hits.
I've also heard that Leatherface can still damage survivors likely via Tanturm against the locker and Myers can still kill with tombstone.
So the tier list needs more adjustments.

Yes Its more of a meme tierlist. But I find PH to be best dealing with them as you can very quickly delete them from the Lockers if they try.

Shouldnt Artist be 2 hits as well if you are close to the locker?

Once the crow hit any wall, it turns into a swarm. Doesn't matter how close. The locker should count as a wall and you'll have to land 4 crow hits against the survivor hiding in the locker, but it's possible it doesn't.

I am honestly not sure if a locker counts as a wall, I have never had this situation before.

You can. The invincibility buffer is 0.75 seconds, Dire Crows fly at 20m/s for the first 0.3 seconds and then 35m/s. You'll need to space the Crows about 22m apart.
The problem is this gives the survivor time to just leave that locker and enter a different one, so I don't see it being effective at countering the survivor exploiting. You're just better placing the crow right in front of them and if they leave to avoid it, you can just smack them.

Can the Knights guards get to them? Without a console atm so not seen this exploit or been able to face it either.
