Are we allowed to report killers that refuse to pick up and instead starts "Banging" the players?
Had a game where blight was just waiting for everyone to die and because I looped him for literally 4 gens he starts tunneling me and my teammates all took hits to not get me hooked but when I wiggled off his shoulder he had a thing to slow you down like crazy (which I think is a very stupid addon) so I got caught right away and then proceeds to knock everyone down
and instead of hooking me and my teammates he just waited for everyone to bleed out but proceeds to just hump my character until my death but I left cause I didn't really wanna wait around to bleed out as it's just a waste of time
Are we allowed to report players like this or is this really just allowed?

You can for unsportsmanlike but i doubt much will happen without video proof and even then it's a toss up. I don't really get that trend of killers doing that to survivors, it seems kind of a sad thing to do.

You can but it won't do anything. I know it sucks but the best thing you can do is go do something else for 4 mins or dc and turn off your pc/console if you are done for the day.
The other day I had huntress slugging everyone to death and after like half my meter she had the nerve to drop me at the hatch. I thought she wanted to bait and slam it in my face but nah she dropped me at the top of it. I had spare time so I refused and let her enjoy what she originally planned. She also let me wiggle off and I did totems in her face instead going for escape. I know this sounds dumb but I feel better when I do oposite of what killers like this want me to do.

It’s 4 minutes until you bleed out. You aren’t being out there indefinitely, so no, the report won’t do anything

Frankly, faux ######### players should absolutely be grounds for a ban. That's just my opinion. I think it's unacceptable behavior.

Pretty certain Mandy or one of the dev / mods already spoke on this.
No, it’s not a bannable thing. Slugging is not bannable, as you will bleed out.
As for the other action, you cannot 100% prove intent or that that’s what they are actually doing.
