After unsuccesful sabotage I started to doubt exact sabotage seconds precisely. I recorded a short video, opened it in video editor and went it through frame by frame to figure out that Saboteur (whole animation) actually takes 2,4 seconds, but sabotaging action (when the meter starts to fill) takes about 2,25-2,3 seconds.


Do you think that perk information is misinformative or not?
