Ice scream man Doctor build ideas?

So I was thinking of doing a build called Ice scream man Doctor.

This build would revolve around the idea of Doctor being an Ice cream man with the survivors being customers. The build would need perks that have survivors constantly screaming for Ice cream any good ideas?


Cosmetic suggestions are also welcome even though I hate saying it own almost all his outfits except his fire moon festival.

    Ultimate weapon, Infectious Fright, Thwack or Iron Maiden, Distressing and both Calm add-ons for maximised TR so no one escapes these perks.

    Ultimate weapon, Hex: face the darkness, thwack, and choice of infectious fright, dragon's grip, or dark devotion. The first 3 are obvious for the screams while the last one is either for more screams or confusion and surprises (its strangely hilarious hitting the obsession with dark devotion then opening a locker and hearing everyone scream across the map). Maximize TR with add ons and all set.

    Usually I give an example to each perks meaning so

    Iron Maiden: Survivor's are leaving their house because their want ice cream

    The Calm add-ons are supposed to be the sound of the ice cream truck music

    Distressing: The volume of the music for the ice cream truck is louder for them to hear

    Infectious fright: a survivor got served some ice cream and everyone else is jealous.

    Ohh in that case:

    Distressing for the music

    Iron maiden for the homes or for the truck freezer

    Deathbound for friends wanting to get ice cream together

    And fourth variable:

    Surge/eruption for survivors remembering about the ice cream man. Also adds screams.

    Franklins for survivors to have hands for the ice cream.

    Infectious fright for your reasoning above.
