Why is The Cenobite broken after every update?

This is just becoming ridiculous and frustrating. I was really hoping he would be fixed by the Halloween event but I don't believe he will be getting the Wesker treatment as he is not as popular. For those unaware, if The Cenobite player picks up their box, your power remains unusable. Also, I don't know if it was an intentional change but he no longer spawns 3 chains when picking up the box.

    yeah i noticed this the other day too, i wasnt sure what caused it since i didnt notice it till way after i got the box. be sure to report it in their bug forums

    edit : also just tested him in a match, i think the chains bounding on picking up the box is working again too.
