By reading the wiki, the doctor can remove the the Oblivious status effect with his power

Question: Can a doctor remove the effect of Hex: Plaything? does the survivor need to break the totem?

    Pretty sure the Hex overpowers Doctor's ability, as it's a permanent effect as long as the totem is standing.

    Since the oblivious effect is caused by the totem, I think what happens is

    -the oblivious effect is paused for however long the doctor's shock effect lasts

    -when the effect of the shock attack wears off (when survivor stops screaming) the oblivious effect from Plaything comes back.
