I never found an issue with undying and ruin tinkerer meta at that time and I mainly played survivor

We'd get old dead hard and the DS with 60 seconds of uinvulnerability and a 5 second stun. If we have access to new perks then we'd have coutnerforce to help deal with Ruin/Undying so it might work out .
