Do you buy skins for characters that you don't play much?

Example: New awesome bear skin for Trapper, even if you don't play him much, do you buy skin when its so awesome even tho it's not your favorite character?

Not really. The only exception being Spirits AOT skin, because I have a vague interest in learning her one day and the skin is quite cool. When it was leaving I decided to grab it. Oni's AOT one was alright too but I didn't like it enough to buy it.

I tend to buy the best skin combo I can make on characters I like, even if I don't play them much. It's kinda a gradient of how much I'm willing to spend vs. how much I like the character.

If I don't like the character at all, then I don't bother, if I kinda like the character I might buy one of their cheaper skins, and if I do like the character I will buy a skin even if I dont play them much. Shout out to Maurice Dredge.

E.g. With the new Haunted By Daylight skins, I rather like Haddie, so I bought her new skin cause it looks really cool and is her best by far, even though I only play her once in a while. I didn't buy Yun Jin or David, because I like David, but not enough for a 1080 AC skin, and for Yun Jin (who I think actually looks the best of the 3 haunted skins), I'm kinda meh on because she comes across quite spiteful as a character, so I don't like her enough to warrant it.

I rarely go more than one skin on a character though... so once they have one, a new one has to be phenomenal to pique my interest 😏

In Trappers case, Naughty Bear is cool... but I like his Halloween mask more combined with his tank top and jeans skin 😁

No. I'm not very well off financially, so I have to be very selective as to what I buy. Anything that you can get for in game money, I'll grind for it. Auric Cells are an absolute last resort if I really love the character.

Trapper is the worst killer in the game. There is no point buying the new skin, as adorable as it is.

Once I've seen it in action (Stalky Boi) I had my fill.

Now if they make a similar skin for The Nurse, I may buy it.

Since all the Limited-Time stuff started I refuse to buy any other cosmetic outside of my main Yun-Jin. I used to purchase so many random outfits with money but the FOMO kinda backfired and cause me to spend much less money LOL. Thanks BHVR!

Nope. I only buy skins or parts of outfits if I am going to use them there and then.

I mean, i've bought all cosmetics for the sake of completionism and for maximum customization options.

Also some of the skins are just neat to look at in the lobby.

Well….. you can say that cause I bought every single cosmetic for Cheryl and for some reason I barely play as her legendary sets like sometimes I’d play cybill, sometimes I’d play Lisa or James or Maria but most of the time I play Cheryl

only on killers I play a lot, like minimum 100 games per month. other than that I mostly interested in weapons cause everything else is not visible in 1st person and idc about looking cool for survivors, only care about killing them.

Yep, if a cosmetic resonates well to my tastes n likings,

    then it’s mine😌

I did, but I’d say it stopped by project W. There are too many survivors to keep up with now, back then I was able to p3 everyone and switch around
