As of yet the DLC isn't available in Steam but I doubt it'll take long.

I hardly think any MAJOR license holder would want their Chapter (ie, $$$) to be overshadowed by Stranger Things return.
This leads me to one of two conclusions.
A) The license is Stranger Things and we are simply being trolled.
B) The license is bigger than Stranger Things

I wonder if there will be any substantial changes made to the Hawkins Lab map in the near future. As glad as I am to have it back, I do remember people celebrating when it was removed.
