Leatherface buff?
Leatherface is currently a very weak killer, who has little to oppose to the survivors of the chase. So why not buff it?
I propose to redo its addons "Award-winning Chilli" and "Chilli" (or add new ones) and give them the following properties:
1) Chilli. A big bowl of steaming Chilli to keep you fresh and strong.
-Increases the jerk time with a chainsaw for 1(or 1.5) second.
2)Award-winning Chilli. A big bowl of spicy Chilli made famous thanks to prime meat.
-Increases the jerk time with a chainsaw for 2(or 2.5) seconds.
-Considerably increases the time penalty when bumping into objects. (to remove or save this debuff will be decided by the developers)
Thus, Leatherface will become a little stronger and will be able to quickly catch the survivors.
On the other hand, can increase the speed with a chainsaw without addons.
Write what you think about Leatherface buff and offer your ideas.
And, by the way, I would add to it another pleasant thing. When Leatherface chases a survivor, he begins to “use” the chainsaw to increase the victim's fear(?), as in the movie The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning.

Leatherface is very mid because of his kit, he needs the survivors to do mistakes but man when they do and you got someone basement is game over for that guy.
I think he need slight buff to his saw like slight faster charge on default, slightly higher speed while charging the saw.
And the most important thing dont slow him down while faking the saw, billy doenst have this problem, idk why leatherface has it, it should be the opposite.

They could easily give him a pink add on that allows him to do so. He really needs some pink add-ons. I realize they may be hesitant to do pinks /w Nurse and Billy because they are top tier, but Bubba is bottom tier...

I would take a slower movement speed for a insanely powerful chainsaw.
He needs to be like a ball in a pinball machine bouncing from wall to wall. He definitely needs a buff, a rework to something more unique would be welcome but not required.

Yup that would help. Most killers have some sweet add ons that help them. Bubba ain't got any.

Knife Scratches and Beast Marks are a good pair, I catch quite a few people offguard with faster movement speed Chainsaw when they think they've outran me The Chilis and Begrimed Chains I personally like too...but the rest are pretty useless.
I kinda wish he had a lunge/slight charge forward with his Chainsaw like a mini sprint

I usually do fine with bubba, the best add-ons for him that I’ve noticed are chainsaw speed and charge speed ones.

Atleast give us the Enduring + Spirit Fury bug back, which made Bubba ignore pallets while using the chainsaw completely.

That's like asking to give Leatherface a teleport to the basement whenever he hooks someone there.

I personally think 115 percent movement speed while charging would be a little OP. There would be almost no escaping, currently while charging he moves at 87.5% movement, I do think he should be slowed, but not that much. I feel like if he went down to 100% it would be good, he could keep up with survivors, but also have a bit of counterplay since he’d have to cut loops a little wider etc.

Yes, these add-ons are good, but even they are not enough to catch up with the victim, not to mention running the chainsaw for too long.
Mini charge? It would be nice to see him in the game, as the second ability. There are moments when you do not have time to start a full chainsaw and the survivor jumps out the window or overturns the pallet.

At the very least, give him some QOL changes. Give him a visual and audio cue whenever his chainsaw is fully-charged. Give him a white flash on the edge of the screen like with what the Nurse has and make him let out a grunt.
I can't count the number of times I've prematurely dropped a chainsaw charge because I was half a pixel off from the bar being full. And quite frankly I shouldn't have to be focused on a tiny bar at the bottom of the screen while trying to focus on tracking a survivor in a chase through corn/pallet loops.

I think he's fine the way he is. All killers shouldn't be good at all things. He's got strengths and weaknesses. I have my 4K games, and sometimes I don't, but hit 3-4 most of the time with Junior. Ability to knock down multiples with one use.of your power is more than enough.

The buff I'd ask for him is reducing his penalty when bumping into objects.
And also reducing the cooldown when succesfully downing people with the chainsaw. It's way too long.

I always found it funny that leatherface has the worse version of the chainsaw, but has a harsher penalty.

I dont remrmber when i last time play canibal but im sure i camp out side basment when i hook somone ther and wait for some hero :) The Best only way to play as buba.

i agree. he's just "no skill billy" that has aoe damage, making him perfect for camping

Yeah, but I think he's still a dangerous guy and I like him. With the right perks and addons he's a powerful killer. I would just like those 2 QOL improvements. But I don't see them paying attention to him right now. Or ever XD

Honestly, we’ve been waiting on a Freddy rework for what feels like centuries.

When you say with the right add ons he's powerful. He has boring and predictable addons which help a little at best against decent survivors. If survivors run in the open and he's behind you, the survivor deserves to be downed for getting in that position.

Well I find this build (and only this one) viable even at R1, with absolutely no need to camp:
BBQ or Nurse's calling + enduring + spirit fury + Sloppy butcher
Carb tuning, Grease
Those 2 addons will let you charge the chainsaw just quick enough to prevent vaults and you'll be downing people out in the open with 100% success rate.
Enduring and SF will make you eat pallets for lunch without any respect, just swing across every single time, or even charge the saw previously for a quicker pallet break. I have got more downs and kills from this combo than any other pair of perks.
You'll just have to bite the bullet in huge yamaoka, though. If you don't manage to find anyone quickly, it'll be a rough one. But the same could be said of any killer, with the exception of zoom zoom Billy.
