Even more excited for him now.
I am glad we are getting new unique killers. And i always knew Chucky would bring something new and fresh!

I like how the third person perspective isn't just for convenience, but also makes sense when the survivor is picked up and you're now in the first person as the ghost of Charles. It's as if Charles is possessing the doll and is pulling the strings from behind, which fits in with his lore and also adds something new for killer.

I wasn't too hyped for Chucky, but mechanically he's fascinating from what I've tested so far. Like a pseudo ghost face with vault benefits at times with the scamper.
And yes, the third person is also amazing. I'm hoping they release some original chapters using the same concept or try to do these crazy things.
P.S. I have to admit, their idea for hooking is perfect. I didn't expect a shade to do it for him (Andy I think? I'm not too keen on the lore.)

I wouldn't say 3rd person. I think you can see it as : you see the ghost's weapon, which is the doll.

I have just tested the chucky killer. And I like it, great overall gameplay, love the typical Chucky comments. I only am not sure about the hooking. I would rather had they chose to carry you by the leg over the floor and hook you on spikes on the ground or something. A bit like Piramidhead uses cages. He should have a unique hooking.
But beside that,love it

Has to be 3rd person view of it was first person you won't be seeing over any walls and get lost to easily in any tall grass.

I love this. One of the main reasons I don’t play killer hardly ever is because games in first-person tend to give me headaches and nausea after awhile.
Having Chucky in third person means I’ll likely mail him as a killer and play the role a lot more now. He’s my second fave horror character too behind Jason so I’m so happy about this.

YES! I love his voice lines and I love how you can hear his voice lines when he’s chasing other characters besides you! I was slugged in the basement on badham and I could hear him running around upstairs while in chase and yelling stuff at the other survivors! It was hilarious. I love that aspect. 🤣🤣

Honestly, being in third person is the part that's most exciting to me. I wish all of the killers were like that.

Agreed. Having Chucky drag a downed survivor somewhere would've been wonderful and adorable.

This might be my favorite chapter. It's a truly unique design that's being added to the roster. Bravo
