What happens when a salty survivor lags out the game?

I got two survivors dead on hook at 2 gens, downed the last two because they were healing each other (nurse's calling value), and the last survivors set up in a place where I couldn't hook them. So we're in a staring contest until they move closer to a hook (last guy already used his endurance, but not the one I was looking at). Out of nowhere I get disconnected, nothing else was affected.


My real question, is do I get a mark towards the DC penalty or not? I know I already lost all my bps from the game

    Happens, frequently. If just you got disco'd, it's probably a hack. There's a newer hack that lets people kick players from a trial without having to DDoS them.

    If everyone got dropped from the trial, it's a server issue that BHVR finally acknowledged but so far the patches they've released for it have only helped a little.

    As for whether or not you get a DC timer, that's up to the randomness of the game code. Sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. Lately it's been handing out DC timers like candy on Halloween.
