Something that bugs me with Dead Hard

Now I don't hate the perk but hitting a survivor with it can be a little annoying since they down their down scream meaning they were downed right? Well they weren't so shouldn't they make their injured scream?

  This bug is in game like for years since hit validation added. And sadly never fixed.

  Happens with pallet stuns as well.
