Should have just left
Facing a Ghostface on RPD(he brought the map offering) he gets stomped and opens an exit gate. He starts slugging I was the only one up and thought one simple I could leave here's the thing if I leave my teammates get mad because I could have saved them. So I decide okay I'll try rescuing I go down and get a self unhook...he blocks the doorway he doesn't move. In the end I'm getting mad at myself because I decided to stay because the random people I'm would get upset that I left. It's funny because no one I play with can be satisfied solo que is just fun when everyone abandons you when your on hook but get mad because you left them to die. So in the end I should have taken the win for myself and left.

i can't leave people behind for some reason even if it means i'll die instead. 3 people slugged and you leaving though? you definitely should've taken the chances to make a play so i think you did the right thing. logically so, too.

Down side they weren't crawling to me. Still it's one of those things where if I leave my teammates get mad because I didn't bother helping them when it's that I can't do anything predicament I was close to leaving since he opened the exit gates and picked someone up so I thought he has Blood Warden

depends on the timer. definitely shouldn't matter how others will feel though, you gotta do what makes sense in the situation.

End of the day, if the team was cool, I'll go back, if they weren't being so cool, I still MIGHT but depends. If it's a weak killer, and we're well on our way out but then we get hit with NOED, the killer starts getting down after down, I'll try to do what I can but I hate rewarding NOED with a 4k and you're going to give them that if everyone is going down near each other most likely. If I'm the one who goes down, I actually hope the team just leaves if the killer is going to camp the hook. And if I see them all crouching around looking for an opening, while also not looking for NOED (maybe they can't if it's too close to hook) I just kill myself on hook as a way to say "Its ok... I want this... I want this" LOL. But again, if a killer gets stomped but gets a 4K with NOED those are just kind of the breaks sometimes, and it's kind of funny a game can swing like that.
But in your case, I can't say because I don't know why the killer was all of a sudden getting downs after getting stomped. Did they have NOED, or were the other 3 suddenly getting careless and trying to bully them? I'll just assume from context the team wasn't being unbearable and you all played at least decent together so nothing wrong with going back. Leaving would have only been the "wrong" move if they were getting you flashlight saved, and body blocking for you, ect.

Since I don't care too much if I actually get out not, I am usually happy with that moment of "ok, I won because I can just leave right now". After that, anything I accomplish is gravy, so if I die making a play to save a teammate or two, no biggie.
That said, if it's down to me and one other guy that's on a hook miles from a gate and the killer is guarding the hook, that's some tough luck for them and I hope they escape the next match.

Hey that's half the fun.
Should I be selfish and just escape or should I be altruistic and try to help? That decision is part of the gameplay.
I mean if people get upset over a game, nothing you do will fix that kind of negative mindset. That's a player problem not a game problem.
You'll often find that the people who get upset about games tend to be so no matter what happens in game. Because they are looking for reasons to be upset rather than just enjoying the game and all the challenges that come with it.
