Do you think people will still AFK garden of joy?
This map and rpd seem to be the 2 maps i just see killers load in and just not play the entire time. Garden of joy is getting a "fix" but nothing seems to have changed. All the safe windows are still very much there. And now some are even stronger if you don't break up the walls. Also literally nothing changed with the loops ive seen lol.

This house is god tier, even for average players
When playing killer I always avoid this area and sacrifice this gen
I only go there if I must or if I want to do silly things with survivors
However, I find Haddonfield far more problematic

Why would killers AFK on the RPD maps now? They’re both killer-sided. They literally spawn defacto 3-gens. GoJ still looks survivor-sided but I’ve never seen a killer AFK on it.

What are you talking about? Garden of Joy is one of the most killer sided maps in the game. Especially for blight, bubba, and billy.

I still remember a Survivor sitting against a bush, they werent even moving, and I sat right by them, and point-blank chainsawed them, but still hit the bush instead of the Survivor.
It's been fixed a bit but dear god was it awful on release.

GoJ is the most survivor sided map in the game and by the look of it the rework it more survivor sided there no way any killer can get easy 4k.

After a certain point in mmr, all you get are sweaty 4 stacks
It's not fun to play because you'll accomplish nothing all game, and you can't leave or you'll be punished

You haven't had the "pleasure" of playing Billy on that map yet, have you? This is the only map in the game that genuinely has me thinking I should disconnect. I'd rather play old Cowshed than this monstrosity. And now it's even worse!

I do on slinger and only him. Being 110 is the most miserable thing, you miss one shot then have to spend so long catching up with mft.

Doesn't the game automatically DC the killer when they go afk now? If they haven't moved for a couple minutes it shuts down.

i've seen killers rq or camp gates after having the joy of this map but never seen any give up right from the start. regardless, map didn't change at all so people probably won't see it or act any differently.

I haven’t seen Killer AFK there myself, but I’ve seen many survivors AFK. No matter what side I play when GoJ happens, all joy in me disappears before the match even starts. It’s like going through busy work man, you can’t stand it and just want it over with.

ugh. apparently not since they thought a breakable wall would solve the issues of the map 💀 at this point i wish they would've said they knew and just wanted to torture their players with this map instead.

I mean its more or less mental conditioning at this point.
I and many killers had probably many of their worst matches on this map. Mostly against survivors that sent u here cause they know exactly how to loop the god window, are often swfs and just want to add that extra bit of "fun" by pointing out ur inability to beat the god loop.
Take that once or twice an evening and maybe 2 or 3 times a week and after a certain time many killers just associate this map with that experience and just stop trying.
So I guess even if they would have fixed the issues with this map which they clearly havent many killers would still just go afk cause they associate this map with these experiences.
