Chucky looks like balanced
Ofcourse 1272 games are not showing everything but this is only data we can get atm. And it being confirmed several times their data is closer to BHVR's data.
And considering this data we got, Chucky is not even top 5. He is good killer, there is no doubt about that but there is really not issue about him.
He is just strong anti-loop killer but you can counter his power. His turning is very much limited, so when you figure out his hit range, you can make some turns to make him miss and make him lose power. If you have any LoS breaker, that's also works againts him. And when he miss, his cooldown is really long which is fair cuz he has strong power.
His other advantage is being short but this countered by aura of footsteps. When you learn to read them, you can drop pallets safely or jump vaults.
He is very much closer to Wesker by strength-wise. Strong but not problematic level.

Have definitely noticed a difference in Chucky killers that were on console vs PC having the PTB.

Ofcourse this is early data we got but SM got highest kill rate after her rework and still she has highest kills. Xeno's killrates are also not changed so much.
Ofcourse some insane Chucky mains will make insane rates but i don't think he will get insane rates. I am believing he is really close to Wesker which is fine for game.

When will we get to the time when we delete Chucky from the game? I'm tired of disconnecting from every game he is ridiculously OP. The people who says he is balanced, they're either a liar or they love abusing the OP stuff. At least the stealth mode needs to be removed, or make him taller, I don't care if chucky is a short character. He is literally frustrating to play against.

This might have more to do with playing on M&K rather than a controller. I reckon Chucky must be pretty terrible to play on console because of that. Some of the things I do with M&K on him, I am 100% sure would not work with a controller, which takes a lot of strength away from this killer.

I personally enjoy going against Nurse, she is fun to play against. You can counter her blinks at the Jungle GYM, sharp corners, check spots and etc. But a killer who is 50 meters tall, can make a 3rd person checkpoint, and also has completely annoying camouflage in tall bushes is a huge problem. I don't play this game for hiding. I rather prefer to going against Alien's release situation instead going against this BS designed character. I like to play a competitive game against a good killer, not a bad player playing an overly powerful killer.

While that is true, both sides get better.
As survivors learn to counter him, the killer players also get better, and vice versa. The only exception to this would be killers that are extremely difficult, or extremely easy to play. So for example if they released another chess merchant, i'd imagine they would have an extremely high kill rate even if they were actually terrible after 3 years, just because they were so easy. Likewise if they released something that took the skill of "orbital strike" huntress, they would have a super low kill rate for a long time even if they were actually OP.
But for the most part, all things being relatively equal, the win rate probably won't change much. However i disagree with using nightlight. It is not accurate for many many reasons.

I think the only two things about him which seem quite strong and that's the Rat Poision add-on and his Friend's Till the End perk.

I'd say too soon. My thoughts on how strong chucky is from the ptb is unchanged. Still is very weak against good survivors.

This doesn’t surprise me. I’ve been saying he’s not as strong as some people claim. He’s good in chase but weak in other areas. He is balanced imho.

Chucky is easily top 3 killer. otz will likely make a 50 winstreak video on him. you can get hits on every single loop in the game. When playing against good chucky, he feels like nurse level oppressive in 1vs1. I do not think stats reflect the power-level of each killer. those stats in particular are too small of sample size. The perk stats work because there is large amount of submissions for perk stats. I don't think many people are going bother uploading their entire killer matches on Nightlight. those stats are simply not going to be accurate for killer beyond perk usage rates.

well if you mean his map presence isn't good you should try not breaking pallets and chaining windows and pallets together pretty nice when you get good at it.

I'm no statistics major so I'm not sure if nightlight meets criteria to be considered accurate but I personally never make judgments off of it because it's a collection of user-submitted screenshots (which I think will naturally trend toward more experienced PC players in english-speaking regions). The site's data is just grabbed from people who sign up with an account and submit images of their post-game screen. No hate to the people who want to use Nightlight as a basis to form an opinion, just that I'll reserve judgment until whenever BHVR gives us the next set of kill rate statistics, if they ever do.

Slinger can outplay every loop on the game yet he is not op, in fact he is easy af to dunk on. I dont buy that argument of chucky being able to get a hit at every loop making him op, also you can juke him in slice and dice.

he is easy to dunk on because deathslinger is not good at the chase. slinger is easy to outplay. chucky is not.
