MFT are still being used
Saw team mate still use that perk without any other exhaust at all, how long are they gonna know the nerf.
Seems like average audiences dont event follow patch note or update info.

Hypothetically you could get usage from it if a killer tunnels the basekit bt

well, because its not categorized as exhaust perk now, wouldn't it be better to run at least SB or Lithe

Yeah, it seems like many people don't read patch notes. I have even seen two survivors and a killer having hook grab mind game to rescue me from hook quite recently.

I use it with DH, it's useful

I mean, I'm going to log back on with mft, dh, WoO and resilience(free slot). it's still going to be good and I'll keep running it.

I think the people who still use it its because they are not aware of the changes.

yup, i wouldn't play legion or slinger before some time passes.

Therr may be some who use it because they like the endurance part or just want to experiment.
Just because a perk has been nerfed does not mean people who still use it aren't aware of changes. Some may not know, but there are other reasons people choose certain perks and builds.

I dont see why it would stop being used. Its now a decent anti tunnel perks too.

It used to be MFT into DH before and now its DH into MFT, isnt it?

I remember I forgot about COH change once and that whole game was a hot mess. It happens. Then you got your types that are experimenting and trying to make it work in a build.

You don't have to use it with exhaustion perks. If you like to be altruistic or hate being tunneled, it works well. I personally like to use it and risk a health state when I'm about to pick up someone who's almost recovered on the floor then take a hit again for them to get haste.

It also has synergy with itself now.
Heal someone, get Endurance, get hit and now you have the Haste.

Some people use it because the perk gives you natural endurance by itself- Some of y'all seem to keep defaulting to "monkey mode"(not to be rude towards anyone; just trying to prove a point with attention to details) only thinking about the speed boost you get from the perk that you forget that the perk can activate itself with the Endurance effect it gives after healing someone while injured. It doesn't physically require another perk just to activate and BHVR would never make a second perk physically required to work. Plus it's still good against killers who commonly cause Deep Wound like Legion and Deathslinger who are relatively common to find.

It's still good just for the healing-Endurance effect or if you get hit off the hook with base BT.
